Deadline
Apply before April 15, 2026.
Requirements for Applying
Cumulative GPA of 3.5
Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5 when graduate and undergraduate GPAs are averaged (4.0 scale).
Professional Experience
3 years professional experience with at least one year in a leadership position.

Application Materials
Submit the following application materials and components:
- Application form
- Official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate work (unless that work was completed at the University of St. Thomas) submitted from the educational institution.
- Submit transcripts to (must be sent from educational institution to be official): Graduate Admissions, University of St. Thomas, Box 5, 1000 LaSalle Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55403 or gradadmissions@stthomas.edu
- Academic/Professional portfolio or the GRE. (Details of what to include in the portfolio are in the application.)
- Two letters of recommendation. One should be a provided by a professional colleague, and one by a professor/academic colleague.
- Personal statement 500-1,000 words
- Complete interview with doctoral faculty members
International Applicants
Submit supplementary materials for International Applicants
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) required for any candidate whose primary language is not English.
- International Transcript Evaluation: All international transcripts must be reviewed by an accredited evaluation service to determine U.S. equivalency of the degree awarded and the institution awarding the degree. Applications will not be reviewed for admissions until the official review is submitted.

Graduate Tuition and Financial Aid
2025-2026 Tuition Rate: $977 per credit hour for 33 credits and $727 per credit hour for 33 credits (for a total of 66 credits)
