Dr. Liz Fogarty is an Assistant Professor of Education in the School of Education at the University of St. Thomas. She holds certifications in K-6 Elementary Education and K-12 Gifted Education. Dr. Fogarty oversees the literacy education programs in the Department of Teacher Education.
