The Leadership in Student Affairs program is offered by the School of Education on the Minneapolis campus. It is a general preparation program to enter the field of student affairs. Our program specifically focuses on leadership within student affairs administration, offering specific coursework in student development theory, organizational theory, administrative leadership and social justice theories, as well as electives relating to specific functional areas within student affairs.

The M.A. Leadership in Student Affairs program (42 credits) offers a cohort model of learning, which fosters respectful and critical conversation, a diversity of perspectives and camaraderie among leaders. The program offers working professionals maximum flexibility with evening and weekend courses. The program is designed to be completed in two years, yet has the flexibility to be taken part time over three to four years or more.

All programs offered by the University of St. Thomas shall be readily accessible to individuals with disabilities. For details, call (651) 962-6315.
